He is well versed in IT Infrastructure Design, Bid Management, Project Management and Service Management processes. He strongly believes in Process Driven Approach and Continuous Improvement.
Haradhan has worked for various organizations e.g. CMC, TCS, JP Morgan Chase, CtrlS, Gaian Solutions and CGI in different roles. He played very critical technical and managerial roles in delivering a number of large networking projects in India and consulting services in India and abroad. He took a number of initiatives for process innovation. He was a part of core team for responding to and managing bids globally in one of his previous organizations.
He studied Electronics and Tele-communications Engineering and is fond of Bengali literature. He pens Bengali poems in his leisure time quite often. He loves Internet surfing and listening to Rabindra Sangeet. He is married and has one daughter.

She has more than 15 years of rich experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. She has served several organizations in various roles in Sales and Marketing in several Industry Verticals.
She is an effective communicator and team leader with proven team building and management abilities, and is self-creative and very proactive. She has ability to solve problems easily and is easily adaptive to changes.
She is a graduate in Commerce and also holds an MBA in Marketing. She loves painting and teaching. She is married and has two sons.
D Singh is a Techno-Commercial, Business and IT (SW, Web, System Integration) Consultant with more than 28 years of corporate and startup experience. His expertise lies in delivering turnkey IT and Web Solutions in a number of domain areas. He has worked in a number of premier IT organizations in India in various roles. He also has direct experience of setting up and managing startup companies in the IT arena. With a good understanding of the new age tools and technologies, he has been advising SME clients currently with their IT and business challenges for better business and growth. He has worked extensively for many Indian and the US clients. Apart from the IT domain, he is also well versed with the IT Staffing and Recruitment processes for both the domestic as well as the US markets.
He holds a B Tech degree from IIT Kharagpur and a PGDM from IIM Kolkata.
